10 medium radishes, coursely chopped
8 oz cream cheese (1 pack)
1/2 shallot chopped
1/4 tsp salt or to taste

Chop radishes and shallots in a food processor until finely chopped. Add cream cheese and salt and process until smooth scrapping down the sides of the processor bowl as necessary. Remove into a container and refridgerate for up to 3 days.
