Chocolate Mousse Pie
This frozen chocolate mouse pie always tastes great, but it is esspecially wonderful and refreshing in the summer.
Serves 8
Ingredients Directions
1 package (4 oz) Baker's
  German's Sweet Chocolate
1/3 cup milk (divided)
Combine chocolate and 2 Tbsp of the milk in a large microwavable bowl (reserve the rest of 1/3 cup milk for later). Microwave them on HIGH 1.5-2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

4 oz cream cheese softened
2 Tbsp sugar
Add cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk to the melted chocolate and beat until well blended. Refrigerate about 10 minutes to cool.

8 oz Cool Whip Topping thawed
1 prepared graham
  cracker crumb crust (6 oz)
Gentrly stir in Cool Whip until smooth.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
Let stand at room temperature or in the refrigerator about 15 minutes before serving.
