Amazing price for a ceramic honing rod and every possible angle guide that you might need in the kitchen.
Victorinox 8" Chef Knife
A comfortable and affordable classic 20 degree knife.
Zwilling 8-inch Traditional Chef's Knife
This 15 degree knife is incredibly comfortable for a pinch grip due to a slanted half bolster in the back.
Victorinox Paring Knife 3-1/4 inch
A paring knife is used for trimming things in your hands (instead of on a cutting board).
Victorinox Fibrox 6-inch Boning Knife
A boning knife is used for fish, meat, and poultry. This one is slightly flexible and very comfortable.
Commercial Grade Plastic Cutting Board 18 x 12 x 1/2
Great large plastic cutting board (but small enough to fit in a dishwasher). Very sturdy. Doesn't warp.
Tojiro Japan Hand Made Bread Knife 14.75-inch
NoCry Premium Cut Resistant Gloves Food Grade
A must if you want to use a mandoline safely.
OXO Good Grips Handheld Mandoline Slicer
This little mandoline only has 3 settings, but that's all I need. It's cheap, so replacing it is easy when the blades get dull.
King KW65 1000/6000 Sharpening Stone
The stone I recommend if you're new to sharpening. See my video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Vu6Dq00v7I
Wedgek Angle Wedges for Sharpening Knives
Another valuable tool if you are new to sharpening to help you get the feel for the correct angle for your knife.
AccuSharp Knife Sharpener
A very affordable sharpener for 20 degree knives. Don't use this on Japanese knives or any other 15 degree knives (some European knives are 15 degrees these days!). It requires minimum skill to use but it comes with some downsides. It sharpens at a steep angle of about 22 degrees. It produces an ok edge. It wears out quickly. This is the kind of tool you want to get if you found yourself in an Air B&B with terribly dull knives and you want to make them usable. If you have nice knives, this tool is not for you.
